Welcome

Jessie's Pool is a pool made specifically for dogs to rip the benefits of water therapy whether it is for fun, learning, exercise, or therapeutic purposes in a safe and private environment.

The pool and the training method were designed by Dr. Nancy Keller DVM - a renowned holistic veterinarian - based on experiences swimming her own large breed, mobility-compromised elderly dogs Jessie and Gabriel.

Jessie's Pool offers the ultimate dog swimming experience in a beautiful, holistic spa setting in our saltwater, solar-heated pool. Dogs greatly benefit from this amazing non-impact and safe activity.

Healing with water

As your dog swims and moves each limb against the resistance of the water, they are using every major muscle group. This constant movement improves many body systems and allows them to have fun too.

When dogs are submerged in water, their weight is suspended, allowing less stress and destabilizing impact on joints, tendons, and the skeletal system. This permits your dog to enjoy all of the therapeutic benefits without injury.

Types of Swims

Therapeutic/Rehab

For healing and recovery of orthopedic injuries such as ACL tears, hip dysplasia, bone loss, muscle deterioration, paralysis, osteoarthritic pain, neurological issues and more...

Weight Loss

Swimming is the best non-impact and full range of motion exercise which makes it an excellent and healthy activity for weight loss without hurting weight-bearing joints.

Learning

Learning to swim in a pool for any life stage from puppy to seniors. To get over the fear of pools (ie. after falling in a pool), to be comfortable and safe in a pool.

Fun/Exercise

For experienced dogs to have fun. For dogs with lots of energy to burn. To stay in shape while having fun. Great refreshing activity during the hot summers.
